A four page graphic novel illustrating the concept of home and what it feels like to be away from home through the eyes of an inanimate object. The story is narrated by a door who is forcefully removed from his home and cast aside. The door experiences the complex emotions of abandonment before finding and accepting a new family.
In the end, the door does find a new home. The concept of home is not fixed, it is not limited to one space or your biological family. The door realises this once he knows what it truly feels like to live in a space where he is appreciated, respected and loved.
