Art Created for my Grade 12 Art and Design course. My topic was Identity- I created portraits though experimenting with mediums and a variety of styles and movements. The style or way the person is painted expresses an important aspect of their identity and shows the viewer a part of their nature. I started with a mind map and ended with a self portrait for my final piece.
Multiple mediums have been used throughout- oil paints, acrylic, ballpoint pen, colour pencil, ink, watercolour, pottery/sculpture, lithography etc.
